I am passionate about driving purpose and connection into my daily work as a Solution Manager, Strategist and Change Practitioner. Driving clarity for my team on our programs or initiatives as to what we are changing, why we are changing it, when, the associated business impact and how we are going to measure ourselves when we are done are cultural norms and practices I strive to enable every day.Organizations and teams focus on measurable outcomes such as OKRs, KPIs or scorecards. I tend to gravitate toward people by building relationships, leveraging change management best practices and developing a deep understanding of individuals being impacted through any project so we can help position them to be successful. Organizations do not change, Only the cumulative lift of individuals changing behaviors one at a time accrues to organizational change. I am energized by being an effective steward and partner guiding people and processes through change. A natural affinity for empathy, listening to understand as opposed to respond, and being business process disciplined in my approach have been the hallmarks of my tenure at Microsoft. Outside of my job, you’ll find me officiating NCAA & High School basketball in the greater Western WA area. It has taught me how to function under pressure and manage conflict effectively. It also keeps me happy, healthy and connected to our younger community members.
