Similar to my Solution Specialist role, but now more focused on technical "hands-on" experience with many great security solutions, specifically firewalls.

-Assisting customers and internal salespeople with finding a security solution which is right for them. -Comparing/contrasting manufacturer offerings, working with partners to educate our sales force and customers on their product lines. -Networking with our security partners to keep strong relationships.-Reading/attending demos to learn about the latest innovations from our partners. -Managing and monitoring our relationship with 3rd party service partners.

-Managing our partnership with Check Point and RSA.-Working with partner companies to educate sales force on their product offerings.-Networking between SHI sales people and their counterparts at the partner companies. -Working with distributors to get quotes.

Account Management. Worked extensively with outside sales , accounting, and purchasing teams, to provide quotes, process purchase orders, tracking, general support etc to customers.
