Working in a two person marketing team servicing both Expolink Whistleblowing Hotline and WeAnswer Contact Centre (two different businesses). Our objective is to improve lead generation across online and offline channels. My biggest achievement is delivering two brand new websites (expolink.co.uk & weanswer.co.uk) The aim was to separate out the two core businesses of Expolink. To enable this, new websites were needed, one for the new WeAnswer brand, and the other to better represent the Expolink brand. Both websites are generating record number of leads for the business. Below are some of the activities that I'm involved in during my time at Expolink: Digital marketing Implementing and managing numerous AdWord campaigns with over a 5% conversion rate from paid traffic. Managing two WordPress websites with updating content and improving UX. Using Google analytics to analyse the performance of campaigns and the website performance. Creating content by developing buyer personas and researching unsupported knowledge gaps. Managing Twitter and LinkedIn and developing paid campaigns to improve lead gen.Sending marketing emails when we have something to say, rather than scheduled weekly emails. Using inbound marketing technique/SEO to improve lead gen. Design tools Photoshop -Indesign - IllustratorOther Managing events for both sides of the business, creating content and designing new stands. Our latest event generated a record number of leads.
