CurrentThe District Leader’s (DL) primary role is with the Group Leads (GL) directly, but he/she can oversee multiple group lead with 16-35 staff within that district. DLs are responsible for the staff in their district and for managing the district productivity, damages, promotions, ticket volumes, etc. The DLs will communicate with admin staff an the FOM to organize the operations in their district.The District Leader’s day is absorbed primarily with hands-on tasks that come directly from, but notlimited to:• Daily communication with Group Leaders and the Field Office Manager (FOM).• Ticket escalations and field support.• Training, in class and field.• Damage investigations and field audits.• Reviewing productivity of employees in the district with the GL, FOM and Corporate Manager (CM).• Working with Dispatch and other admin staff to organize the daily operations.• Holding monthly tail gate meetings with district members.• Meeting with clients to address situations and future projects.• Being directly involved in the performance reviews with staff in their district.• Completing emergencies.• Promoting services that CLI or any associate company may provide.• Completing underground utility locates Show less
