I am passionate in managing our diverse team to deliver a variety of construction projects, whilst providing opportunity for all team members to maximise their potential and progress their careers.Within my construction career I have worked in senior roles initially focussing on the commercial aspect of the industry, whilst always having a close link with the operations team. In more recent years I have developed my skill set with regards to the operational roles, where I find myself now managing both the commercial and delivery teams. Success is not possible without a strong team, where I am fortunate to work with a committed, adaptable & willing team here at Boom Construction Ltd, where we are always looking to grow organically to continue our journey. We strive on a positive work culture and are looking to continue to develop this further.Aside to the delivery and commercial management of projects, I thrive on strategic business planning where I work closely with our other Board Directors to steer us towards achieving our business goals and continuing to provide opportunities for our team to further develop their professional careers. Outside of the construction industry, I am a huge fan of sports, and I am a big advocate of Mental Health Awareness.
