Provide training to new and seasoned employees as well as assist in the development of training aids as needed. Leading special projects and managing temporary workforce assigned to work each project. Troubleshoot and assist mechanics & electricians with maintenance and set-up of the production lines to ensure optimum efficiency. Track performance metrics and report back to leadership with recommended action plans for optimum run rates. Perform quality checks on finished product and verify line paperwork completed as required by FDA guidelines. Verify employees are wearing appropriate PPE and working in a safe and proficient manner.

Complete production set up and continuous reevaluation of production layout to ensure facility is operating at peak efficiency.
