Primary job description is construction estimator. After the accusation of a large manufacturing property 1.4 mil sf of structure and 160+ acres, I volunteered to oversee the clean up and project management of the demolition and reconstruction of the property to turn it into a large industrial warehouse. One of the buildings roughly 205, 000 sf had serious structural damage from a tornado that hit in 2017. We are currently reconstructing that building for a large international tenant.

Provided oversite and supervision of projects that included large religious facilities, retail strip centers and fuel/truck stops. Work consisted of cost budgeting, material acquisition, scheduling and contracting sub contractors and overall project management

Duties included sales, contract negotiations with property owners and their insurance adjusters, and restoration project management. Mr. Dixon passed away during my time with the company. I assisted the wife complete all outstanding work and she closed the doors.
