I was one of the founders of Avanade. I helped to shape the initial deal between Accenture and Microsoft, defining the scope of Avanade's consulting practice. I recruited a talented team and launched a solutions engineering capability which produced market offerings and the Avanade Connected Architectures. I initiated the effort to establish Avanade's offshore presence in India. I helped propel Avanade's rapid growth with innovative offerings based on digital and cloud technologies. Responsible for strategic alliance, I worked with Accenture and Microsoft to develop growth strategies across various industries while establishing Avanade's Industry program. As executive sponsor with key clients, I guided teams delivering business solutions, leveraging my experience as a strategist, architect and program manager.

During my career at Andersen Consulting/Accenture, I held a number of roles. I was an executive in the Electronics and High Tech practice, working with various Silicon Valley clients and Microsoft. I pioneered solutions with clients integrating intranet, internet, and ERP applications. I helped establish the SAP practice by managing client delivery teams, sponsoring technology architecture and innovation offerings and providing quality assurance reviews for N. America.I managed systems integration and technology consulting with various retail and consumer goods clients. I played a leadership role in establishing SmartStore in the U.K. and the Center for Strategic Technology in Palo Alto, California
