Responsible for the performance, monitoring and machine improvement in all production areas.Focusing on Pre-Press and Pressroom using Siemens S7, Omron PLC’s CX programmer Siemens and SEW drives.Undertaking modification projects to improve productivity, software changes, backing up and updating machinery operational software.I also backed up the maintenance shift engineers when required with on call/call out technical support.

Working within a shift team, my role consisted of repair & maintenance of pre-press cylinder engraving, pressroom equipment, stitch, binding, polybagging finishing equipment, & waste paper compactor management.
