Key Responsibilities and Achievements:• Program establishment including Program Controls; assurance, risk management procedures, risk register, program and project dependencies, program costs and implementation schedule.• Responsible for supporting the development of the cost and schedule baseline for a large aviation programme.• Develop and implement the assurance process for the individual program, projects to follow including the Stage Gate approval process.• Ensuring Stage compliance of projects to a framework, including review of deliverables providing recommendation on project to proceed to review.• Responsible for monitoring and reporting for a large aviation programme.• Highlights: implementing governance and process improvements, development of baseline for a large program of terminal renovations and improvements.

• Responsible for managing Testing and Commissioning for a major new depot facility (including offices, staff accommodation, rail infrastructure, and maintenance facilities)• Ensuring the contractual requirements have been met prior to the introduction of new assets and sections of the project, leading stakeholder site walks to ensure the contractor has met the quality standards required by the client• Ensuring the required technical documentation has been produced, and the maintainer and asset owner has the required information to safely operate the facility• Management of the defects register ensuring all open defects are reviewed and actions are closed out• Testing and Commissioning manager (client-side) responsible for coordinating resources to attend the client tests, ensure the correct requirements are being tested against and resolving any issues identified with the contractor• Definition of the client’s end state demonstration testing requirements with the various stakeholders and production of testing specifications• Management of team of five consultants through the testing and commissioning and handover phases of the project

Working as a Project Manager within the London office, on a variety of large infrastructure projects.

Working within London Underground CPD to provide additional capacity to the Jubilee Line, through various signalling and infrastructure projects. My role was Project Manager of the signalling capability project.Management of the design and implementation of TBTC signalling packages. Developing the detailed requirements for the project to form the project's Works Information.Signalling Project Manager for a points replacement project, led through concept design, detailed design and delivery. The project consists of both Hardware and Software modifications to the TBTC signalling system.

Transport for London - Project Management Graduate Scheme. Consisting of placements to different business areas and working closely with Project Managers and the Project team. During each of the placements I have filled the role of Assistant Project Manager.

Involved in a wide range of property management activities. Liaise with tenant and property owners to resolve any tenancy issues, and strive for high levels of customer service. Carried out property viewings, created property surveys on Isurvey software. Check inventories and carried out inspections. Managed any disputes arising from inventory check. Arranged any maintenance with sub contractors.Level 3 domestic energy assessor, produced numerous Energy Performance Certificates.

Member of the City of Edinburgh Officer training Corps during my studies. With the unit I undertook military training in all disciplines and passed out two years in a row progressing to orders and command from basic training. I feel my time with the unit helped improve my own personal discipline which was crucial to personal success in the unit. It also taught me the importance of teamwork where the successful completion of tasks could only be achieved through the cooperation and help of colleagues.During my time with the unit I was also a member of the rugby team. This included rugby sevens tournaments in addition to games with other TA teams.
