Key professional achievements in this role include:• Managed QHSE aspects for the ‘Shannon River Crossing’ project to provide an underwater power link from Moneypoint ESB power station in County Clare to Tarbet in County Kerry.• Executed the role of PSCS on behalf of ISC to install critical internet infrastructure and link Dublin to Southport in the UK via subsea fibre optic cable safely, on time and within budget.• Developed the company ISO accredited management system from scratch and directly contributed to ISC being awarded an EcoVadis platinum medal for business sustainability excellence in 2021.• Successfully managed a five-year diving and marine maintenance contract with Dublin Port and implemented an induction for divers to work safely as members of an integrated occupational dive team.
