Responsible for planning and overseeing the companies upcoming and ongoing projects. Managing daily labour with direct employees, the transport division and subcontractor gangs. Commercially responsible for projects ranging from £20K - £16M in value.

I was responsible for procuring sub contractors from initial contact through to issuing orders, including the creation of invitation to tender packages. I compiled and priced phases of repairs and replacement works associated with building maintenance and finalised costs with a PQS. I dealt with national housing federation rates for other contracts and attended meetings with clients discuss budgets and determine scope. I conducted property surveys against criteria released by the client for upgrade schemes and discussed with tenants potential works involved in terms of time scales and processes.
