As an experienced nonprofit and sports executive, I focus on impacting positive change for all constituents including players, coaches, and organizations. Having experienced a variety of functions in the sports industry such as operations, coaching, and civic engagement, I contribute to organizations from a comprehensive perspective and am able to bring together all constituents for a common goal. I am particularly skilled in improving operations, developing mutually beneficial relationships and fundraising for major capital campaigns. I utilize technology to significantly improve day-to-day operations. I create innovative programs and campaigns to reach organizational goals through strategic partnerships, talent recruitment, education and training, and events for fundraising. I possess intuitive interpersonal skills which lead to an expansive network of long-term mutually beneficial and productive relationships.I had the benefit of experiencing nationwide impact early in my career when I worked with the Obama Administration. I worked directly with President Obama and the First Lady on initiatives such as the “Lets Move!” campaign against childhood obesity, and developed a coalition of sports organizations including the NBA, WNBA, NFL, MLB, NHL, MLS, PGA, USOC, and the NCAA.
