However, due to the rapidly deteriorating situation surrounding COVID-19, this mission was suspended. The elections themselves were postponed on March 21. The EOM completed an interim report in mid-April.)

This cinema verité documentary follows the efforts of several business and social entrepreneurs who are drawing inspiration from their city’s distinctive cultural heritage to revive a beloved neighborhood. “My first memories of Over-the-Rhine are from the 1970s. I remember the decay and beauty, the boarded-up facades and the rich smells of Findlay Market,” said Brinker, “Now I recognize something new in Over-the-Rhine—a widespread optimism and intent that I have never sensed before.”
