I joined 21st Mortgage in 2002 as a Financial Counselor assisting delinquent customers manage their finances in order to get their mortgage up to date. In 2003 I was promoted to Team Leader and managed a group of 5-7 Financial Counselors. In 2004 I was promoted to Dealer Advocate, a position that was a combination of Marketing/Sales to independent retailers and assisting the Credit Managers with underwriting, Contracts, conditions etc. By 2005 this position was split up and I was promoted to Jr. Credit Manager and began underwriting loans. I was assigned the states of Ga and SC. By 2006, I was promoted to Credit Manager due to the loan volume I was able to generate. In 2007 I was promoted to the Marketing dept. in order to help increase new business and market share in the western region, specifically Az, Ca, Nm, Nv, and Ut.
