Oconus - Somalia

• Provide imagery and geospatial analysis in support of the African Union Mission to Somalia (AMISOM) utilizing software tools such as GXP Inmotion, Google Earth, QGIS, and Geofocis in a PED environment• Collaborate with AMISOM and African Union (AU) military analysts to ensure successful accomplishment of daily flight ops resulting in daily imagery and geospatial intelligence products used at multiple echelons• Act as liaison between AU/AMISOM military analysts and U.S. contracted flight crews, ensuring flights are flown according to daily mission requirements.• Communicate AU/AMISOM-driven ADHOC tasking to mission controllers and pilots, providing time-sensitive FMV support to operations and collections

Oconus - Centcom Aor

• Operates the Wide-Area Infrared Sensor for Persistent Surveillance (WISP) 2.1 sensor to detect aerial threats in support of base and airspace security operations• Operates the MX-15 and NightHawk High Performance multi-sensor camera suites to perform positive identification of small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS/Drones) and provide visual support for the Emergency Control Center/Base Defense Operations Center• Assists with maintenance and operation of the WISP Sensor, NightHawk/MX-15 Cameras, and laptops used for carrying out daily operations• Use Microsoft Office suite of applications for tracking daily operations and creating finished products for government customers

Afghanistan

• Performs Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) functions for near-real-time/mission-critical radar imagery and Full Motion Video (FMV) data collected in support of counter-IED operations in the Train, Advise, and Assist Command - South Area of Operations• Generates both standard and non-standard imagery-derived products releasable to the coalition• Creates mission flight plans/paths utilizing proprietary image generation/exploitation software suites• Establishes and ensures voice/radio communications with unmanned aerial system (UAS) flight crews• Configures the Universal Ground Data Terminal (UGDT) to maintain and control ground data links in order to directly operate the Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) payload and Falcon EO Imager• Manages flight operations as well as quality control/quality assurance of data collected

This training increased their technical expertise in various programs, allowing them to more efficiently and accurately create final products for use by senior personnel.• Mentored analysis personnel throughout various intelligence product development phases, utilizing past experience and common operating procedures as guides for creating well thought out and relevant products.• Maintained professional relationships with senior non-commissioned officers and officers in charge of numerous units, acting as a conduit between the DCGS-A program and the military.

Provided Wide Area Motion Imagery analytical support to both the USFOR-A and ISAF/NATO forces with the Constant Hawk - Afghanistan program. Answered Requests For Information from tactical units and provided geospatial analysis, vehicular traffic pattern analysis, and vehicle back-track analysis by utilizing APIX Viewer. Also utilized the Tactical Common Data Link (TCDL) capability to provide tactical units with near real-time persistent surveillance support.

Oftentimes, the DCGS-A Mentor's function captures big picture assessments of high-value targets (HVTs) and lead to the HVTs apprehension or severely limits the HVTs operational scope

• MND- Baghdad/Center All-Source Intelligence analyst - responsible for fulfilling multiple Requests for Information (RFI’s); create products to include trip assessments, post-attack analysis, atmospherics, and likely enemy courses of action. Limited experience with Special Programs.• Open Source Intelligence – Before OSINT cell stood up, was sole OSINT analyst for the entire C2 CACE. Responsible for gathering information and answering RFI’s through information gained from open sources. • Create daily intelligence products, such as Graphical Intelligence Summaries (GRINTSUM), giving overviews and analysis on current situations and activities throughout the MND-Baghdad/Center area. • Responsible for production and dissemination of high-level briefings. These briefings were presented directly to the Commanding General of MNC-I, Lieutenant General Odierno, and to the Commanding General, Multi-National Force-Iraq (MNF-I) General Petraeus.

• Conducted term analysis, research and development of digital network targets in support of local, theater and national intelligence objectives. • Shift Supervisor. Supervised multi-service personnel in Digital Network Intelligence operations ensuring 100% timely and accurate reporting to local and national consumers.• Monitored and screened over 1,000 intelligence reports pulling key information and fusing with new information from multi-sources, leading to a 65% increase in target knowledge of target sets.• Utilized multiple intelligence tools and databases in the prosecution of high-value CT targets.

Afghanistan
