I have recently learned how to use the cad software Civil 3D. I have done numerous projects like designing a door with annotations and dimensions as well as designing a section of a highway. I have also learned how to use other programs like Risa2D and Risa3D to model trusses, frames, and beam to inspect them and how they will react under certain conditions. Through past jobs I have learned how to work and cooperate with a team and to become a very reliable and determined employee. Also, I learned how to deal with customers and clients daily to make sure all their needs are meant. At Quinnipiac I have been a part of a Greek life where I am able to further my communication skills by connecting with numerous people and organizations. I have also been a part of the American Society of Civil Engineers at the university where I am able to sit in on presentations and learn about the professional environment.
