I’m best known for a restaurant chain I created called Hot Chicken Takeover - it was my fourth attempt at entrepreneurship but the first to gain meaningful traction. HCT took me across the globe to educate leaders on working consciously and impactfully, all culminating in a business sale in 2021. Since then, I’ve continued spreading the word of HR innovation and criminal justice reform as a professional speaker, but have mostly stayed curious and pulled the thread of my other interests.While I coach tactically in HR, leadership, and scaling ideas, my favorite work is to be alongside leaders making broader, more dramatic shifts in their lives and work through developing people-forward systems and investing in and advising entrepreneurs with beautiful ideas.
