HRT is new, but our ideas and experts have been generating results for years. Our work began nearly 20 years ago when our co-founder, Joe DeLoss, began innovating as an entrepreneur and workforce developer; pioneering new approaches to engage workforces in hospitality, logistics, and call center environments. His work, bolstered by the ingenuity of HRT’s other founders, Cam Williams and Shannon English, led to the creation and sale of a best-in-class Midwest restaurant chain called Hot Chicken Takeover. This work has inspired leaders and brands across the country.
