- Developed an electronic thesis and dissertation submission workflow application, for managing the entire submission lifecycle from initial submission to final publication (Vireo).- Designed, implemented, and tested a web application that preserves the digital assets stored in the Texas Digital Library (Preservation Network). Multiple instances of the application coordinate to form a robust preservation network providing long-term storage of digital information, on geographically distributed storage nodes, including a node at the Texas Advanced Computing Center.- Designed, implemented, and tested a statewide learning object repository (TXLOR) that stores and disseminates materials used in teaching and learning, commissioned by The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board. Content owners can submit new learning objects, submit for them review, and publish to a repository. - Planned and implemented a migration for all Texas Digital Library services including blogs, wikis, sites, and institutional repositories for 15 Texas universities. Planned and migrated all services running on Solaris, to Linux 60+ Amazon Web Service instances, saving $150K annually from service contracts and datacenter energy costs.

- Designed and implemented an electronic payment and account management web application for student meal plans and meal debit cards (Meal Plan Tracker) processing over $22M over 2 years- Designed and implemented an electronic payment reconciliation module and integrated it into an existing application (TouchNet Reconciliation), processing transactions totaling $1.2M in the first 3 months- Designed and implemented a real time employee contact list and organizational chart web application (Org Chart) that automatically refreshes contact information, and graphically renders organization structure changes using the payroll data warehouse, and campus LDAP directory service, for over 400 positions in 90 departments- Designed and implemented a payment fault prevention module and integrated it into an existing application (Aggie Bucks Tracker), preventing hundreds of over-payments per year by handling intermittent external payment processor errors- Led the design and implementation of a delinquent loan reporting web application (State Warrant Holds) processing and reporting over 5,000 accounts totaling $1.1M for the State of Texas Comptroller in the first 3 months- Recognized with the President’s Meritorious Service Award (Dec 2009), Principles of Supervision and Management Certificate (Jun 2009), and Group Leadership Forum Certificate (Apr 2009)
