Joe recently returned to be NAIHC's Interim Executive Director from September 2023 to March, 2024. Prior to his involvement in NAIHC, Joe served as their Region VI Executive Director - for the Northwest Indian Housing Association from 1998-2016.

I provided all staffing and management services for this nonprofit association that serves 38 Tribes and Tribal housing authorities in 4 Pacific Northwest states. I held this position since 1998.

I provided all staffing, administrative, management and event planning services for this nonprofit association that served over 100 affordable housing management companies, nonprofit housing organizations, housing authorities and private owners in Washington state. Most of the members were involved in HUD programs or operate properties financed by the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program.
