At Black & Brahman, my main role is to work alongside management with the goal of sustainably expanding the company. In addition to this, I am also a member of the Black & Brahman trading team. This is something I thoroughly enjoy as I was already trading as a hobby prior to joining the organisation.

Whilst in the role of junior event manager at Full House Promotions (FHP) I had to undertake a plethora of tasks, ranging from simple financial accounts - to hospitality.The skill I built upon most whilst working at FHP, was to make quick and decisive managerial decisions. This involved where to position employees to gain maximum capacity at an event, as well as what deals and offers to include. Whether or not the company made capacity and/or revenue targets for an event, hinged on these factors.
