Responsible for the training needs of Proponent Federal Credit Union and enhancing learning across the organization by developing and delivering training curricula. The Learning & Development department promotes the sales and service culture through training, coaching, and staff development. I developed a comprehensive on-boarding program for all new hires. This includes the design, development and implementation of the program and measurement of success.
