As Vice President, Continuous Improvement/Core Solutions, one of my roles is as Proponent's internal consultant, where I analyze departments and functions for opportunities and possible reorganization.Continuous Improvement/Core Solutions is also responsible for significant projects, implementing new software systems and updates, and running the many software systems that power the Credit Union. Finally, we work closely with Human Resources to provide training and certifications on various topics and systems, providing the technical and soft-skills training needed to prepare employees for successful Member interactions.Before my career at Proponent, I served as President of Professional Development, Inc., a Management Consulting firm. I am a former Dale Carnegie Course instructor and Past President of the New York Tri-State Chapter of the National Speakers Association. I'm very active in the community and volunteer affairs. I am currently the President of the Nutley Chamber of Commerce. Since taking over the Presidency, Chamber membership has grown by over 75%. I am a founder and current President of Wayne Township's Wayne Day Festival, now one of the largest of its kind in New Jersey, and I am a proud Wayne Rotarian.I am also a Seton Hall University Customer Experience Program Advisor.
