This was accomplished by keeping track of all R&D activity including project value and individuals' time spent, in order to deliver a thorough report on the R&D activities performed.

Primary role: Technical support for resellers and customers. This includes emailing resellers in a timely and concise manner, with clear and organised writing for customers overseas, where English may not be their first language. In cases where an explanation over email is not the best option, I invite the customer/reseller to an online meeting where I can see their screen and any problems. I would then request mouse and keyboard access if necessary to diagnose and fix any issues. In addition to this, the support role involves answering any technical questions prospect customers have over the phone, some of which may be particularly complex.Secondary role: Create distributable content (DriveWorks Tech Team Webinars) that are broadcast every ThursdayFurther roles: Attending SolidWorks Reseller events and talk to attendees about DriveWorks, showing them our booth, assessing over a short conversation whether DriveWorks would be suitable for them. Continuous improvement through various training programmes e.g. SolidWorks Certifications, communication with others training, problem solving training etc.
