• Correspond with various departments when complex questions/inquires arise from the HR manager or Consultant to ensure a prompt and quality experience.
• Work with account management team to implement new employer groups, in addition help existing employers with updates to plan designs to ensure HealthPartners is administering the best option for that partial group.
• Help prepare for open enrollment by creating enrollment guides, PowerPoint presentations, and organizing giveaways.
• Plan and organize meetings with internal and external partners, this includes preparing meeting documentation, coordinating schedules, and inviting subject matter experts, if necessary.
• Use effective communication with the account management team and external partners to ensure the client’s needs are met and exceeded.

• Communicate directly with health care professionals (HCP) to improve and maintain a high level of customer service.
• Educate HCP on benefits, eligibility and employee assistance program (EAP) inquiries with clear and concise language.
• Correspond with matrix partners through phone and email to correct claims processing issues.
• Inform providers on contracting process as well as resolve coding and fee schedule questions.
• Use knowledge from past phone calls to improve future experiences with customers.
• Collaborate with team members to help clarify complex problems and relay the information to correct department.
