Joe is an Investment Director with Gresham House Ventures, where he leads growth capital investments in technology-led businesses. He is passionate about partnering with ambitious entrepreneurs to scale their businesses and deepen their impact.Joe has over 25 years of experience helping to build, transform, and grow companies across North America and Europe, with a focus on software, data & analytics, tech-enabled services, and online marketplaces.Joe previously spent 10 years as a Partner and founding team member of Frog Capital, a London-based growth-stage VC. Joe led, co-led, or was a key team member on many of Frog’s investments, including eCommera (acquired by Dentsu Aegis), OrderDynamics (acquired by TECSYS, Inc.), DynamicAction (acquired by EDITED), GB Group (AIM: GBG), Mediatonic (secondary to Synova Capital, acquired by Epic Games), Journey Group (AIM: JNY), Scoota, Rated People, EDITED (secondary to Wavecrest Growth), Skimlinks (acquired by Connexity), McMakler, and Dealflo (acquired by OneSpan, previously VASCO). Joe started his career as a management consultant with Ernst & Young in Chicago, IL. He holds a BSc and MSc in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and an MBA from London Business School.
