At KB Consulting it is my duty to manage everyday operations including: billing, receiving phone calls and communicating all messages to staff. I am also in charge of receiving and filing inventory from vendors while filing and storing essential data and property management documents. It is required of me to maintain excellent client relationships through follow-ups and check-ins. Efficiently scheduling tasks and appointments for technicians is crucial in sustaining the great client relationship KB has with its customers. I am also an Implementation manager and trainer for Tigerpaw Software, a business automation software. Finally I assist in sales via ordering hardware/software based on the customers’ needs.
