I currently handle Employee Benefit retirement and pension corporate solutions for the Mumbai region, Rest of Maharashtra & Goa, Madhya Pradesh.I consult with clients on asset liability management of defined benefit liabilities and best retirement solutions with Finance, HR and Compensation and Benefit heads for companies.I drive adoption for Life99 which is a single stop retirement solutions digital platform for the employees of my corporate clients.I also study Request for Proposals (RFPs) and tender documentation, perform requirement analysis and gathering so that we may participate and win tender deals.

I am currently handling Institutional Sales for Pune and North Maharashtra Region.

I handle the Institutional sales for HDFC Life in the Pune and North Rest of Maharashtra region in the Employee Benefit space. I engage with companies to enable them to fund / diversify existing fund of defined benefit AS-15 liabilities such as gratuity and leave encashment. Additionally I also help companies provide corporate pension (superannuation) policies to their employees and Risk protection services.I also enable companies to execute corporate sign-up of National Pension Scheme (NPS) offered by the PFRDA.Recently I have also been tasked with working with co-operative banks and other financial institutions towards offering loan protection products for their borrowers with a view to reduce NPAs.My mandates and achievements include New client acquisition, broad-basing of the existing business and achieving profitable business. We have achieved regional highs in our risk protection and funds business in the last couple of years.

I was a Management Trainee (MT) during this period. My role entailed Client engagement, Opportunity activation, Relationship Management & Customer service.As an MT, I successfully increased the prospects base in a nascent region such as Pune and Rest of Maharashtra & ably took over relationships that were handed over servicing them and ensuring steady stream of revenue.I also built relationships with vendors that ensured successful scaling up of our risk protection business over 100% within the next 18 months.

Responsibilities:-1) Roaming Analysis for Signaling and Feedback mechanism of worldwide GSM networks2) Analysis of IR21 and AA14 docs of GSM operators; oversee update and capture of information provided in the same into Roamware platform DB3) ‘Revenue Assurance’ operations for GSM based Roaming VAS applications with concentrated efforts on Revenue share accounts4) Handling escalations involving data integrity for platform and VAS products5) Conducting reconciliation activities with telecom operators6) Product performance & revenue tracking on Revenue Share sites 7) Data warehousing, production data management, quality assurance and release8) Providing monthly database release and handling data updation teamAchievements:-1) Delivery of much delayed and pending project dependencies within week’s time2) Resolution of critical issues affecting Roamware product platform’s data integrity and ensured building of confidence in Roamware platform across all stakeholders3) Responsible for increase in revenue across assigned Revenue share accounts
