Responsible for managing day-to-day marketing operations such as mass client email communications, internal corporate communications via visual and written formats. Manage marketing contractors keeping projects on track and in focus to client needs. Ensure all public-facing materials are on brand and on message.Responsibilities:• Manage external mass corporate communications via Pardot on Salesforce and HubSpot.• Create and edit content for B2B presentations such as RFQs and RFPs in PowerPoint and Word.• Create presentations for new business pitches, RFQ and RFP PowerPoint decks.• Create quarterly and annual reports for client NGOs and US Government entities.• Ensure all client and public-facing communications are 508 compliant.• Write, edit and publish website content for public facing articles, blogs and product descriptions.• Edit content for Government and NGO long-form reports related to Supply Chain and ESG issues.• Create and track Google ad campaigns for internal websites as well as managed client sites.• Responsible for management of two corporate YouTube accounts ensuring both channels are properly maintained and curated.• Create and manage library of client-facing and internal corporate materials such as service flyers, PowerPoint templates, product brochures, and ad hoc messaging needs.• Create layouts and compositional designs for company website ensuring good UX and UI.• Act as liaison between Marketing and IT to ensure all website additions are on brand and on message.• Track and act on data analytics from Google Analytics.• Event marketing.• Work with customers and clients from a broad and diverse range of geographical locations and cultures; staying sensitive to cultural and societal differences while effectively conveying the needed messaging.• Manage company social media staff to ensure messaging is on brand and using compelling content.
