- Research and propose policies to Assembly Member.- Accompany the Assemblywoman to community and understand her community's policy interests.

- Distributed promotional campaign material to the public.- Participated in parades and canvassing events.- Sat in on meetings concerning campaign strategy and direction.- Accompanied candidate to churches & community events to encourage constituents to vote for her.- Went on radio station & community events to inform the Haitians communities about her programs.

- Worked with newly arrived refugees and asylees for entry into the American workforce. - Conducted World of Work Orientations to teach clients on how to look for a job. - Helped clients develop resumes and complete job applications; and served as a French interpreter.

- Attended more than 15 committees’ hearings to gain practical knowledge and write reports the Legislative Director - Participated in New York City Council Finance Division briefings representing the Deputy Chief of Staff - Represented with the Legislative Director Council Member Jumaane D. Williams at events and legislative activities

- Participated in data migration from UltiPro to Smartlinx and verified checks for benefits. - Controlled and Verified Paid Time Off – PTO for employees from more than 15 companies for HRs to take decisions.- Trained and Assisted HRs from more than 10 companies to control and verify TPO balances for employees.

- Reconciled invoices of 10 agencies with Excel spreadsheet and Access Data, and scanned them for an external audit.- Processed invoices in Excel timesheets for 10 and verified support before payment by Accounting Department.- Helped to prepare financial documents for presentation to the CEO, CFO and COO on the Agency performance.

- Inspected 6 branches of the Department of Taxation; controlled office management and tax collection to ensure that staff has all tools that they need and dispositive of control to avoid fraud. - Analyzed monthly time-sheets of financial auditors, monitored productivity and absenteeism rates to increase effective performance. - Controlled tax collection transactions completed by operators and tax by verifying monthly reports at the main branch.

- Monitored nutrition program (Milk-Project and National-food) for 19 project partners, around 32 recipients (schools, orphanages, home centers and community nutrition centers) that helped 7000 children by providing them with food.- Organized meetings and training twice a year for 19 partners of the project; conducted monthly training for staff on how to prepare and preserve food and milk and prepared reports.- Verified accounting reports for 7 projects 2X a year to ensure no fraud present for external audits.- Conducted bank reconciliation four times a year with National Coordinator and accounting of Office.

- Created financial reports for different donors: 6 for TdHS, 2 for Unicef, 3 for OEF, 1 for IOM, and 1 for the Ministry of Planning and External Cooperation of Haiti.- Organized monthly team meetings, prepared meetings minutes, followed up on decisions for effective project operations and administratives issues and oversaw payroll for 50 project employees monthly.
