Executives on Campus (EOC) at Baruch College is a mentoring program that connects undergraduate and graduate students with experienced executive mentors. Our mentors provide guidance to students in networking, interviewing, and other essential business etiquette skills to make them competitive in today’s job market. EOC offers various mentoring programs to help students conduct effective job searches, make thoughtful career decisions, and achieve success in their internships and jobs. Founded in 2001 and housed in the Office of Alumni Relations, our mentors are alumni and friends of Baruch College.
