Joel Hoffman, Senior Partner and Director of Training, is responsible for project development and facilitation of financial acumen and value selling workshops for Aarthun Performance Group, Ltd. He has worked with over one hundred Fortune 500 and 1000 companies in both live and virtual training sessions. He has over 28 years experience in management consulting, training, sales and marketing, and leadership development. Joel has a BA degree in Finance from the University of Houston.Joel has taught The Profit Specialist® for 28 years, domestically and internationally. Other sales training and development programs he has helped design and facilitate include Value Negotiations, Advanced Application of The Profit Specialist® and Sales Management Coaching. He has extensive experience in multiple industries including oil & gas, healthcare, manufacturing, insurance, banking, and distribution, among others.Joel’s main leisure interest is hiking, skiing and tennis. He was formerly a professional tennis player on the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) World Tennis Tour.
