• Makes outbound calls daily to leads, follow-up calls to potential customers by telephone and e-mail to qualify leads and sell accreditation.• Emphasizes features, quotes correct dues, and prepares accreditation applications• Builds and maintains customer relationships.• Generates sales leads, based on information from ad inquiries, trade shows, direct mail responses, aged leads, business directories, Internet Web sites, and other sources for qualified businesses in our service area.• Investigates and resolves customer problems with accreditation applications and/or products and services received.• Attends weekly sales meetings and monthly staff meetings; participates in all staff and team building functions.

• Being an amazing Brand Ambassador by educating customers on the value of Sun Basket• Providing fast and accurate customer support through phone, email and other channels.• Asking open ended questions of customers to understand their problems and utilizing guidelines and creativeproblem-solving approaches to identify appropriate solutions.• Accurately documenting and coding interactions, which provide valuable business information to improve ourservice.• Being a customer advocate by identifying and reporting bugs in the website, delivery issues, and other patterns ofissues, and rolling these up to your managers.
