Oversee Education Vertical, launch new programs, and operate as first line of response to escalations from internal and external stakeholders. Responsible for day-to-day team operations and outcomes to positively impact and achieve business needs and goals by holding individual contributors accountable to department key performance indicators (KPI's) and accuracy measurements. Execute team operating objectives and best practices to achieve business needs for all programs within Education Vertical. Constantly manage multiple deadlines throughout the year. Accountable for the hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, directing, developing and overall performance of individual contributors.

Responsible for the recruitment of new tour guides and training. Booked and assigned tours, ensured guest visits were coordinated correctly, and toured all incoming + prospective Franklin Pierce students.

Served as a personal student assisant to one admissions counselor which included calling prospects and accepted students to answer any questions about the University. Assisted with all office duties, updated student's files, moderated student panels during Open House and volunteered on Franklin Pierce’s social media network to help answer questions for accepted students.

Managed DII Women's Volleyball team at Franklin Pierce.

Managed the restaurant, revamped all the new hire training, and conducted interviews for potential new hires. Scheduled and trained over 30 employees. Provided new customers and restaurant regulars with consistent, white glove service.

Conducted pre and post-shift meetings, trained, scheduled and conducted weekly in-service sessions for 60+ employees. Managed Aquatics and Operations departments, while serving as the first responder in all emergency situations.
