Worked at Soundcorp, an AV integrator and pro audio retailer, for 21 months. Initially brought on to be the Website Coordinator and ended up achieving many other tasks within the business.- Managed an eCommerce website in the pro audio retail space. Worked with external developers and SEO team to bring the website live, improve website usability through UI/UX changes, increasing conversion rates & decreasing site load times. Improved processes & data transfer between company ERP & online website. Responsible for adding and maintaining products on the website, as well as connections to eBay & shipping solutions.- Managed the build of a lead-generation website in the audio visual B2B space. Worked with external developers for UAT & UI/UX improvements. Integrated Google Analytics tracking & created copy for solutions-based landing pages.- Ran a reviews campaign for the eCommerce website which brought in 290+ customer reviews within a 2 week period. This resulted in bringing the average customer rating from 0 to 4.88 out of 5.- Worked on a ERP migration project with an extremely tight deadline. Responsible for exporting, manipulating & validating data from MYOB EXO ERP databases and into to Pronto Xi ERP. Data included creditors, debtors, sales orders, inventory across multiple warehouses, and more.- Created a tool & process to ingest/update SKUS from supplier pricelists containing thousands of products into our ERP. Responsible for scoping, building & implementation, maintenance, and training.- Built & documented new processes for external parties to offload internal workload, as well as documenting internal processes for warehouse and back-office staff.

Roles included scoping and documenting specifications, design & UI/UX, communicating to graphic designer and developers and testing. I worked closely with the senior developer/project manager during this 6 month project which greatly boosted my skill set across various project management methods and software.- Electricity Wizard WebsiteDirected a transition between an older website to a complete new design and structure with focus on mobile responsiveness, better UI/UX, and data-driven split testing. Roles in this project contained managing graphic designer and a team of developers & testing user case scenarios.- Online Bill Comparison EngineScoped out requirements for an online form with complex back end database calculations to be used by internal sales team and customers in order to calculate how much their energy bills would be with the plans we offered via our third- party clients. Roles in this project contained building specification documents, briefing and communicating with graphic designer and developer and testing user case scenarios.- IntranetBuilt an internal communication hub to be used by management, admin and sales reps within the business. Roles included scoping, building, implementing security and training.

Promoted to Team Leader position within the company based on my interpersonal skills, industry knowledge and sales history. Managed a team of sales representatives to hit group and personal KPIs. Meetings with management to create new ideas and incentives to keep the sales floor motivated. Additionally, at times I was required to continue hitting my own sales targets as well. I was later promoted to an IT role within the company.

Calling leads to compare energy prices and generate sales. Hit daily and weekly KPIs - both personal and team ones. After a year or so in this role, I was later promoted to a Team Leader position within the company.
