I am a people builder. I have lived and worked cross-culturally for over 10 years and have developed a strong understanding of cultural dynamics, personalities, and learning styles. This has enabled me to incorporate people building into every job. This means, uncovering people's strengths and weakness, interests and passions, and then guiding them towards utilizing them to reach our goal.I have worked as a manager in non-profits as a Volunteer Coordinator, logistics as a Distribution Centre Supervisor, and retail as a Store Manager. I have worked for non-profits and for profits and have developed a keen understanding and appreciation of different cultures and work styles. This has enabled me to develop new communication styles and inclusive approaches to diverse challenges while achieving goals. I dream bold, plan pragmatically, and execute skillfully.
