I have a Proofpoint Protection Server Administration - Level 1 certification and expertise in managing and monitoring the ProofPoint console for mail delivery issues.Most recently, I worked as an Infrastructure Engineer II at Bank of the West, where I also handled tier 3 support for all Outlook/Exchange server issues, managed our Veritas/Enterprise Vault application, migrated and managed mobile devices globally using Intune, BlackBerry, and MobileIron. I am skilled in PowerShell scripting, Active Directory, Azure, Teams, Lync/Skype, and SharePoint. I am a hard-working, time-oriented, and collaborative person, who loves to learn new skills and meet new people. I am motivated by solving problems, enhancing user experience, and contributing to the success of my team and organization. I am ready to start a new role ASAP.
