Worked as the branch supervisor for the Colorado Ave. branch of Pikes Peak National Bank, overseeing a team of 4 tellers, and an account representative. Trained tellers on all aspects of PPNB’s processes and procedures. Cross-training them in teller transactions as well as new accounts, debit cards, online banking, and BSA reporting. Worked alongside tellers and Operations supervisor to create and update procedures. Delegated authority as needed to oversee specific projects and cover roles. Audited all teller drawers and accounts to ensure cash balances in drawer and vault are up to par. Worked with BSA and operations officer to ensure compliance with the federal government. Worked with other branches as needed to cover gaps in employment and ensure the hiring process is done correctly and according to regulations. Assist customers open accounts and work alongside them to help solve any problems that arise from owning and operating a bank account. Field calls that come into the branch and help customers know their balances, answer questions with their debit cards, and help them with their online banking.

Served as Administrative Assistant to two Pastors who were leading four departments. I worked alongside them to ensure that basic functions of the ministry would continue. Co-wrote and edited the curriculum being produced in our Children's and Pre-k ministries.
