I am very passionate about working in teams that can help and equip each other, reaching the goal is part of the problem but moving forward together in my opinion is the best possible way forward. I have worked in many jobs where team work isn't always prioritized and it lead to a few members letting their workload decrease while others picked up the slack. Team work is a key to keeping an efficient and optimized group of individuals working together.
