- Managing an environment of several thousand virtual machines and over a hundred physical servers (RHEL, CentOS, and Windows Server running on ESXi connected to vCenter).- Installed threat detection system on all splunk forwarder devices.- Deployed Dell OpenManage to allow management of all Poweredge servers in our environment.- Upgraded/redeployed SANnav Brocade management system to allow easy management of all our Brocade storage switches.- Migrated VDI DHCP from Windows to Infoblox across all company locations, including Las Vegas, Detroit, and Germantown locations.- Upgraded ESXi across multiple clusters to the latest qualified versions.- Patched hundreds of required servers using Redhat Ansible for PCI compliance.- Participating in 24/7 on-call rotation to troubleshoot server access/login issues, server performance problems, Active Directory issues, Group Policy issues, and other types of problems.- Managing Infoblox/Microsoft DNS/DHCP, active directory/group policy, and RDP licensing.- Deploying and decommissioning virtual servers or physical hardware.- Managing multiple Netapp Storage systems connected to Brocade fabrics for the above deployments.- Provisioning/configuring new virtual machines to requirements.- Upgrading Windows/Redhat systems in place.
