• Managed and coordinated the deployment of field engineers and installers for Telecom Implementation.• Provided technical support (on-site and remote) to field engineers and installers for Team (e.g. installation, commissioning, integration, functionality testing and troubleshooting).• Arranged and conducted regular meetings with field Engineers for updates and status of the site. • Submitted regular reports, Site monitoring trackers to field manager and participated in project progress meetings.• Report and escalate to management for site issues.

Working on the Mobily Project with Ericsson AB Saudi Aribia (Managed Services Dept.) as 3G Node B/UTRAN Consultant (Network Field Maintenance Engineer). Specialty in overall 2G,3G,4G and LTE FDD RAN-RBS (Node B) Fault/Alarm Clearing and troubleshoot. Proficient usage of different telnet software (java-based and PC-based) e.g. Mo shell, EMAS Element Manager ,HyperTerminal, OMT and troubleshoot different Ericsson 2G and 3G RAN products (, Node B,2G BTS).. Resposibilities• Responsible to supervise the Installation, Test and Commissioning of ADM/STM1 MW/SDH/PDH SAF Equipment and Samsung BTS CDMA2000.• Performing Optimization and call testing using TMD Software installed in Laptop Computer to check and analyze the TX/RX power, Ec /Io power and handoff between mobile to mobile and TNA Software also installed in Laptop to collect Data and analyze.

Responsibilities• Test and commissioning of BCE,BCF,TCE and STF for A-link and M- link and upgrading of the BCE and BCF from LM4.0 to LM5.0 version. Perform technical repair and updating function part of the defective absolute unit of the system between MSC and BSC. Trouble shooting and replacement of faulty components, testing to insure unit compliance and tracks the problem that need resolution from other department and accordance with establishment procedure. Structural installation of cable, Internal and external cabling of BSS and BSC equipment on different Saudi telecom exchange and mini exchange, Installation and cabling of global power system (GPS- 600) rectifier and its back up battery.• Installation, test and commissioning of LUCENT BTS GSM 900 and 1800 system frequency band and Conduct configuration, installation, test and commissioning of the above- mentioned BTS using Racal 6113, HP spectrum analyzer, loop attenuation box laptop PC with IMW 2000 software. Test and commissioning of microwave radio (PCOM/HARRIS and NERA), Enable the channel of Microwave transmission going to new cell site,
