Responsibilities include managing projects of computerized adaptive test development and maintenance of existing computerized tests, and conducting research in the field of psychometrics and measurement in Psychology and Education.

Responsibility for the development of tests and measurement tools for the Israeli Education System (National Tests and large scale tests). Responsibility for the implementation and management of international educational studies in Israel (PISA, TIMSS, PIRLS etc..). National project manager (NPM) for PISA international survey, Responsibility for Development of Formative assessment tools. Translation of measurement tools (tests) from English to Hebrew and Arabic and from Hebrew to Arabic. Responsibility for the development of computerized tests. Responsibility for the adaptation and development of IQ tests from English to Hebrew and Arabic to be used in the Israeli educational system. Leading important research based on data collected in large scale assessment programs in education.
