As an account executive at Grand Apps, my role is to get to know businesses and figure out how we can make the lives of small business owners easier! We specialize in helping companies seeking to use social and mobile communication to connect, engage, and grow their client base. I pride myself as an excellent listener and enjoy getting to know each and every business I work with. Grand Apps offers social media management, website design/optimization, and as the name gives away, creating mobile apps for small businesses at a price that works for them. Generally we see a ROI of 6-12x the initial investment in the first few months. My previous marketing experience was with Uber Promotions in Gainesville Fl. There I went from moving to a new city, knowing one person, to knowing thousands in under 3 months, mostly generated through social media, before social media marketing was even a developed field. We planned and executed some of the largest events that city has ever seen and from that I learned a lot about connecting with and engaging people, and planning and executing effective marketing strategies. I pride myself in actually caring for my clients and bringing a little humanity back to how business is done. In my free time I enjoy playing poker, attending movies and sporting events, and enjoying the magnificent variety of small businesses Grand Rapids has to offer.
