Fort Bliss / Afghanistan

• Responsible for the training, welfare, and professional development of five Soldiers and three Noncommissioned Officers. • Managed and conducted supply chain compliance inspections on eight separate supply warehouses in the 1st Armored Division and the Missile Defense Command.• Developed a warehouse overhaul improvement plan to increase supply performance for the 1st Armored Division and III Corps. • Supported and developed a supply & maintenance SAP training program for the 1st Armored Division and Bagram, Afghanistan. • Streamlined maintenance supply orders for the Combined Joint Operations Area- Afghanistan (CJOA-A); resulted in 25K requisitions being released in less than 24 hours. • Developed an Overaged Recoverable Items List (ORIL) tracking system for the CJOA-A which returned $15M back to the Army. • Conducted a line-by-line review of Central Issue Facility stock and generated requisition objectives to accommodate for 12,000 Soldiers serving in Afghanistan. • Conducted audit and closure of retrograde contract in Afghanistan, which saved the Department of Defense $3M.• Promoted to Chief Warrant Officer 3. • Ranked #3 of 12 Chief Warrant Officers.

• Responsible for the training, welfare, and professional development of 24 Soldiers, seven Noncommissioned Officers, and 14 Korean Service Corps employees. • Successfully ran 300 distribution missions, moving $30M in classified and sensitive equipment across the Korean Peninsula while performing duties as a Platoon Leader. • Planned and executed the Peninsula wide Task Force Harvest Retrograde, returning $11M worth of serviceable general supply and maintenance supply back to the Army inventory. • Procured $4M in Field Packaging Units and moved warehouse to two co-located positions during the Provider Battalion’s Culminating Training Evaluation (CTE). • Improved the warehouse Readiness Driver Fill Rate average from 30% to 67% in three stock review cycles; DA Standard is 60%. • Winner of the 19th Expeditionary Sustainment Command Supply Excellence Award competition. • Promoted to Chief Warrant Officer 2• Ranked #1 of 10 Chief Warrant Officers.
