In this role I oversee and execute the Crowe on Campus program and pipeline at all schools (where COC is present), along with managing the following responsibilities:▪ Develop and implement consistent identification, evaluation, selection and offer processes across target schools​▪ Develop a consistent talent profile (across target schools) for identifying, evaluating, and recruiting students into the program​▪ Focus on an exceptional experience, developing program for students outside of their day-to-day client delivery responsibilities▪ Stay connected to students outside of their day-to-day client delivery responsibilities, keeping students engaged in Crowe▪ Collaboration with BU leaders and other managers overseeing Crowe on Campus client delivery services ​▪ Collect feedback on all participating students​▪ Assist student integration into traditional Crowe internships​▪ Provide quarterly report to firm leaders.​▪ Integrate Crowe on Campus pipeline into overall recruiting process​▪ Track data on geographical preferences, grad date, performance feedback, next steps and offer status​▪ Assist with sourcing efforts through the use of Handshake, LinkedIn, Employee Referrals and other direct source recruiting methods to find and engage talented and diverse candidates.​▪ Attend on campus recruiting events as requested.​

Excited to shift my career and start this amazing opportunity with Target Stores to help launch their new position as Executive Team Lead Service & Engagement.

Spent the entire month of May on Task Force at the Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village. I assisted in launching their booking database system as well as implemented Four Seasons and Forbes Travel Guide core standards in the daily operation.

Work closely with planning, coordinating and executing middle school tours on Purdue's campus. Which include responding to potential middle schools who are interested in visiting and finding activities for students to do while on campus such as: a walking tour, guest speaker, computer lab activity, tour of residence hall and lunch at a residence dinning court. I also make each confirmed middle school a detailed itinerary of the days events and what they should expect to gain from Purdue. On the day of each tour I will work with a student ambassador to help execute the tour and make sure everything goes smoothly. Aside from middle school tours I also work with the student ambassadors as a liaison between them and the assistant director.

Lifeguarded the indoor and outdoor pools which had a vortex pool, zipline, 30ft slide and other accessories.
