Joel is honest, hardworking, and very organized. He needs very little direction, but if he has a question he will ask to clarify. Joel is always prompt to any meetings. I’ve watched him specifically in the last 3 months grow in his confidence inside the workplace. Knowing the expectations from upper management he takes it upon himself to hold the group accountable to our expectations. Mr. Smith is a asset to any organization, and I hope he continues his work within the utility vegetation management field.
