I've sat through so many classes, training meetings, certifications, etc. while being bored out of my mind. I've always sensed there is a better way to learn and I've devoted myself to finding that better way. This led me to explore learning on a deeper professional level by undertaking a graduate degree in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning. It opened my eyes to the possibilities. Learning doesn't have to follow dusty old standbys. It can be a memorable experience that engrains knowledge in exciting ways. Far from being a requirement that people dread, training sessions can be something that learners look forward to and can't wait to recommend to their peers afterwards.My passion for learning allows me to open doors for those who are seeking expertise in their field. What a rewarding experience it is!
