Program Manager for Electronic Crimes Special Agent Program (ECSAP) Computer Forensics program and Network Intrusion Forensic Evaluation (NIFE) program.Managed budgeting and procurement of program’s $1.2 million budget as well as a FY16 $3.5 million Computer Forensic Lab Modernization project.Developed and implemented new policies and procedures for the NIFE program.Oversaw a joint training curriculum and equipment/software requisition in partnership with IRS-Criminal Investigation and DHS-Homeland Security Investigations as part of the Treasury Computer Forensics Training Program.Conducted digital forensics examinations on a variety of electronic media including computers, network servers, cell phones, GPS devices and other embedded devices. These examinations included versions of the Microsoft Windows, Apple iOS, Android and Linux/Unix operating systems.Deployed throughout the United States and abroad in support of large-scale criminal investigations to perform forensic data recovery / data analysis of suspect computer systems.Organized the 2014, 2015 and 2016 ECSAP In-Service Program Training - a 5-day program that includes digital forensics training, legal updates, computer forensics best practices, and changes to US Secret Service policy.Gave presentations on the US Secret Service’s policies, procedures and capabilities to state/local law enforcement executives and Congressional staff.

Member of the Alabama Electronic Crimes Task Force.Performed digital forensics examinations on various electronic media including computers, cell phones, GPS devices and other embedded devices.Used digital forensic software such as Guidance Software Encase, AccessData FTK, Magnet Forensics Internet Evidence Finder, Nuix and others.Conducted criminal investigations of violations of federal statutes including wire fraud, access device fraud, computer fraud and network intrusions.Completed written reports of digital forensics examinations, reports of criminal investigations, requests for indictments, and presented materials to the US Attorney’s Office for prosecution.Testified as an expert witness in both State and Federal court while presenting findings of digital forensics examinations.Conducted site advances as a Critical Systems Protection (CSP) Program agent in support of the US Secret Service’s protective mission. Identified network-based vulnerabilities of critical systems and mitigated potential threats from these vulnerabilities.
