Senior Designer (Multidisciplinary)
CurrentRecruited to this private family foundation’s in-house Creative Services Department to support all its major programs. Direct a team to design collateral for 100s of events, campaigns, and programs, ensuring alignment on visual brand identity across all brand initiatives.•Appointed to lead a team of 2 Graphic Designers, liaising with senior leadership and internal clients to define requirements and vision in order to drive development and design of all required visual elements, graphics, and assets for each program.•Owned the visual design and experience design for the brand new Lowell Milken Center for Unsung Heroes in Fort Scott, KS.•Spearheaded design strategy for major events including the annual Milken Institute Conference, the Milken Educator Awards Forum and others, each attended by 100s of guests. Duties included designing marketing collateral, physical space, and more.•Led design and visual identity development for the annual Milken Scholars Awards events attended by 100s of participants.•Established rigorous graphic and identity standards which were implemented foundation-wide to enable consistent branding.•Directed a variety of design projects spanning print, digital, and video mediums, consistently upholding all brand guidelines.•Designed large format graphics and physical 3D assets for corporate events, window showcases, exhibitions, and more.•Completed in-depth training in commercial space utilization and corporate event planning, collaborating with engineers and event specialists to guarantee events complied with standards and exceeded client aspirations.
