Handle social communications (Lay's, eBay, Country Crock, Petcentric)Email blasts, web page/social campaign copy responsibilities (Lay's, Tombstone, San. Pellegrino, MSG, HBO)Create and curate highly-shareable, social-first content to drive a new audience to channels.Manage posting on all channel social accounts (including, if applicable Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc).Optimize content for maximum social sharing and performance.Track real-time and competitive insights using Percolate, Snapalytics, Sprinklr, Business Manager and Power EditorWork directly with the social media and editorial team to implement and improve social media strategy.Work directly with partners for relevant cross-promotion of content.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.

•Arrangement of services for formerly incarcerated clients within their respective communities•Serving as a liaison between clients and other community providers•Clerical duties (typing, phone calls, scheduling appointments, faxing)•Referral of clients to agencies that will assist in their stabilization upon discharge, including but not limited to job training, vocational, continuing education, mental health, entitlements, substance abuse, and housing programs• Escorting severely and persistently mentally ill clients to appointments as needed• Knowledge of systems of service and how they pertain to the prison population, in particular those with chronic homelessness and MICA backgrounds• Conducting psychosocial assessments and follow-up with clients and service providers to continue to monitor client’s functioning within their respective communities•Conducting presentations within the Riker’s Island facility for incarcerated individuals to introduce said clients to SPAN services
